Two Convenient Locations in Colorado Springs

Dr. Redfern sees patients at two Colorado Springs offices. The Briargate office on the north side of the city serves Briargate, Northgate, Monument, Black Forest, and northern El Paso County; the Quail Lake office on the southwest side serves the Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain, Fort Carson, and Fountain areas. Choose whichever is more convenient. Both offices share one scheduling line, and your records follow you between them.

What to Have Ready

Your insurance card.
Any imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) related to your problem, or the name of the facility where it was done.
A list of treatments you have already tried, including therapy, injections, or prior surgery.
Your referral, if your insurance plan requires one.

Second Opinions Welcome

If you have been told you need shoulder replacement surgery, a second opinion is a reasonable step, not an insult to your first surgeon. Bring your imaging and Dr. Redfern will review it with you directly, explain what he sees, and give you his honest recommendation, whether or not that recommendation is surgery with him.
